As a residential landlord you are liable for the condition of the electrical installations in all your properties.

The Landlord & Tenants act 1985 requires that the electrical installation in a rented property is safe when the tenancy begins and is maintained in a safe condition throughout the tenancy.

Bryanston Electrical can assist you in meeting these obligations by:

• Carrying out electrical safety inspections of the property at each change of tenancy
• Carrying out routine visual inspections of the installation during the tenancy
• Carrying out testing of any portable appliances provided with the property (e.g. washing machines, fridges etc.)

We also provide an on call service to our landlords and their tenants covering emergencies, even out of hours.

As members of the Electrical Contractors Association all our work is to the highest standard and with our Surrey Trading Standards approval you can be certain that all our staff have passed CRB checks.
